Found this shop through AAA and am really happy I did. Really good mechanics who were able to pin point the problems in my car almost instantly and communicate some really good options on how to take care of them. The person who worked on my car has over 30 years of experience and it was nice to have a master mechanic fixing my vehicle. All in all, a very rare 10/10 experience with guys that just want to do a good job for a living. Highly recommend!

They were professional and respectful to me and my daughter. This is not the usual care that I receive when visiting a automobile repair/service business, especially as I woman. I will definitely come back here for future service needs.

Danny I’m not happy - this is unacceptable. Why is the last you just changed leaking AGAIN???? As a AAA VERIFIED SHOP I am so unhappy. This should not be happening after $1100 and a week in the shop. Please- let’s rectify this.

Hey Rebekah, so first I am always happy to get feedback but I left you a message to call me after we checked the car last time and see how things are. Why didn’t you answer me back. You have my shop number and we’ve spoken plenty. As for the issue I don’t know what’s leaking and I’m happy to check the work. Just keep in mind as I told you before, the person who you purchased the car from did a bunch of “quick fixes” and damaged, lost, taped, cut different parts of the steering system. Therefore something there might be causing the issue. I’m happy to check the work. Please call me anytime this week and we shall set a time to look it over and see how to take care of it.

Had car trouble far from home and waited here for hours on a Saturday for it to open. The sign out front says COpen 6 days a week". No actually hours are posted and nobody arrived here to provide service by 11am. Ended up being towed to Brooklyn.
