Staten Island Auto Repair

First time using Island Car Care. I went there because we are AAA members. Was not disappointed. The service was excellent, very efficient. Would definitely go back again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. They took good care of my brother’s car, Danny the owner was super helpful as were the mechanics Peter and Mike that worked together to fix a tire issue that over 15 other places my brother called could not fix. They were honest, straightforward and my brother works in the car business and knows about cars. He couldnt stop raving about this place and I felt compelled to review them. Adding to my review after my second visit. My European ( read: hard to service car) needed maintenance. I rolled in and Phyllis set me up with the mechanic. They serviced my diesel car quickly, honestly and efficiently. No overcharging or unneccesary work. How hard is that to find these days? They are good people here, I have found a place I can take my car to and feel it will be serviced in the best way for it and my pocketbook.

My car sustained a screw in the tread of the tire and needed to be towed to prevent additional damage to the tire. Since my car is AWD, a flatbed truck came and properly towed it. The driver was very reassuring and friendly. It was taken to the shop for tire repairs. The advisor was very kind and friendly. The staff was professional and down to earth. They fixed the problem in no time. They applied AAA discount without being prompted to do so. My experience here was very satisfying and I reccomend this facility. They also do State Inspections.

Before I go on a long trip, I have Island Car Care give me a tuneup. I’ve never broken down and I know I’m getting the best service on the Island!

My 06 4Runner is Feeling Good!! The guys are highly professional and thorough. Been using them over the years on Staten Island for all my necessary auto work.

Service was fast and job done correctly. I really appreciated that, very professional. But don't understand why I was charged almost 400 bucks for a 150 dollar tyc alternator. I understand making money on parts but 3 times the amount is asinine.

Thank you to Danny & the crew at Island Car Care! My 2009 Jeep needed some TLC... new tire carrier, new Battery & a few little extras! Danny even took the time out of his busy day to make sure I ordered the right Tire Carrier & it was installed perfectly. Great service! I’ve been a customer for over 15 years!
