Great customer service!! I have a 2010 Mercedes benz and have been looking for a suitable mechanic. It has been difficult but I finally found my place. Island car care was able to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time and at a great price. None of that luxury car price gouging I’ve experienced at other places on the island. The best part is the warranty on parts and labor. I will be back!!

With my continuing efforts to find a car repair shop finally I found one I can trust- Island Car Care. My SUV lost brake 3X the repair shops I went said there’s nothing wrong wit my brakes. AAA towing truck arrived, driver said he’ll bring my car to their shop which has 5 🌟’s (forgot to ask for a receipt). In a few hours received a call from “Danny” about the necessary repairs even e mailed me the pix that needs to be replaced even bargain the price , customer is always right ha ha!”Picked up the car next day excited, smooth driving . I consider them as my life saver! I will continue to rate them 5 ⭐️’s what a wonderful crew led by a responsible manager proud of u guys keep up the good work

Island car care has always proven themselves to be trustworthy and above everything else, honest. These guys have walked me through the repair process and never look to fix anything that doesn't need it. Highly recommend you take your business to them

My quote was $17–, the price was closer to $2500. No amount of service is worth getting screwed that hard.

Hey Colleen, I’m sorry you were confused and felt the need to leave this review. We quoted you $1700 for the power steering issues which included the pump and the steering rack. Then when we spoke you told me you wanted me to do a complete check and maintenance update because you may be moving to Brooklyn and you aren’t sure where you’ll be getting work done or when. With that we discussed adding the flushes based on your driving usage and mileage on the vehicle. With that we added, Mobil 1 oil, flush coolant, flush brake fluid, flush power steering and complete once over on the vehicle. Once we discussed it in person you agreed. We would never add anything else without permission so if there is confusion I will be happy to answer any questions. Anytime. With all the best.
