Staten Island Auto Repair

Had car trouble far from home and waited here for hours on a Saturday for it to open. The sign out front says COpen 6 days a week". No actually hours are posted and nobody arrived here to provide service by 11am. Ended up being towed to Brooklyn.

I had an inspection at Island Car Care. They were quick and thorough. Told me about all the specials available. Very friendly staff. I would recommend and use this place in the future.

After three mechanics looking and “fixing” the problem, Danny finally got my car and took the extra time with his AMAZING mechanic to really look at the issues. Finding more than what we thought, he went above and beyond to help fix the problems I had. If it wasn’t for their time and dedication, my car and I probably wouldn’t be here right now. Thank you ICC.

The guys at Island Car Care are truly awesome and instill a sense of confidence and trust in their service, which is exceptional and completely appreciated. Danny took the time to explain my repair and service options and even offered me choices according to my budget. Where does that happen any more? Island clearly cares about the quality of their service and treating their customers with the utmost respect, which I can honestly say has not been my experience at several other service establishments. They were detail oriented, fast and extremely eager to provide the kind of top-notch service that makes for lifetime customers. I for one, no longer need to shop around, because I will only be going to Island Car Care from now on. Thanks for everything, guys!!!

Professional, courteous, on time

Needed a hitch installed on my Subaru Forester. Did an excellent job very quickly and at a reasonable price. Will be coming here again!

Danny was AMAZING!!! He explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He made me feel comfortable and safe with the repairs made to my car.
