Service was fast and job done correctly. I really appreciated that, very professional. But don't understand why I was charged almost 400 bucks for a 150 dollar tyc alternator. I understand making money on parts but 3 times the amount is asinine.

Thank you to Danny & the crew at Island Car Care! My 2009 Jeep needed some TLC... new tire carrier, new Battery & a few little extras! Danny even took the time out of his busy day to make sure I ordered the right Tire Carrier & it was installed perfectly. Great service! I’ve been a customer for over 15 years! Honest & very professional!

My expectations were met thanks to the expertise of Island car care , Danny and his crew! I’m a lady not much knowledge about cars yet the trust and confidence towards these people had developed in me for a while now. I know I’m safe driving my Land Cruiser very smooth seemed to me like a brand new car good job and I encourage everyone to visit the place. Good job guys👍

I didn't like the way the owner treated his staff (especially women). He was rude and leaves his employees and customers in hot conditions without air conditioning. I waited over 4 hours for a repair and was sweltering.

D’shon, If only you knew how much I spent on the brand new AC unit for the waiting room. It’s brand new and I had it repaired 2 times already because it works then stops, and just like your car which needed repair the ac finally got fixed today. Come by and take a look so you can confirm the waiting room is comfortable for you. This is no reason to leave a bad review, I shared with you all the issues with your car and gave you sound advice and included a $50 discount on the repair as well. I’m sorry you felt the need to leave this feedback and unfortunately what you should know is that it affects my employees as much as it affects me. If you have a real concern about the temperature in the waiting room you could have asked me why it’s hot and I would’ve explained all of this to you in person. I wish you all the best.

Have AAA, they always did the right thing by my Mom and I with all our vehicles, prices were excellent, used insurance whenever possible. I highly recommend them to any and everyone !

this is the first time to this store. people are nice here. i left my car for inspection , everything is good. just the battery is kinda need to replace. probably i will replace next time. 5stars for this time visit.

This is my go to auto care place! I have been going here for years. They specialize in luxury vehicle repairs and the prices are always fair. I recommend to all my friends to take their car here. The owner is the most honest positive person you will meet. He will tell you if repair is worth it or not. They dont just take your money. I cant say enough great things about this place. I moved out of state 2 years ago but I still go back because it's hard to find good honest mechanics. Great team at Island car care. Thanks Danny for always looking out!
